They didn't even have the courtesy to message me first before issuing the refund like I requested to make sure the card they were putting it in was active. A week goes by, I don't hear from them so I sent out another email and finally heard back from the husband in a passive aggressive tone that they processed the refund and it should be back on the card we paid with. I talked with my husband and messaged them back about a week later saying I would like the refund and to please contact me before processing ig as we had changed over several accounts in this time. They confirmed that they messed up and didn't update the order form, they offered me a refund or a cake for a differnt event, as I don't live in NC currently another cake was kind of pointless. After a while I couldn't get over this for the amount of money we paid for their services so I reached out to see what had happened. I tried to live with this disappointment, honestly for fear of snapping at them for ruining the one major input I wanted for my reception. Ontop of all of this the flavors were not what we ordered.
